Speaking at the opening of the training course, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that the province always pays special attention to the training and fostering of cadres and considers this a regular task of great significance. The training course for civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent is an opportunity for cadres, leaders and managers at all levels, sectors and the representative of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to improve their knowledge and awareness to serve the working process, serve the criteria for planning and doing personnel work of the Party in the coming term.

He requested that students strictly follow the regulations, concentrate on studying, actively research, actively exchange and discuss to clarify issues according to the program content and apply them in practice. Students should arrange their time reasonably to ensure studying according to the class program and achieve the highest learning efficiency.

The 2024 training course for senior expert civil servants and equivalent in Thai Binh province has 83 trainees who are current leaders and managers and candidates under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. In addition to the topics of study and research in class, trainees also participate in practical research activities. Through the training course, trainees are equipped with and updated with knowledge and skills on state management of senior experts, developing corresponding skills in performing assigned tasks and powers of senior expert civil servants and equivalent. Thereby contributing to building a team of cadres with moral qualities, political courage, capacity and professionalism, sense of responsibility, service attitude, proactiveness and creativity in performing assigned tasks, meeting the requirements of job positions and title standards of cadres and civil servants in the political system of the province.
