The Hen Coffee Shop has been located at the intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Tue Tinh streets, An My ward, Tam Ky city for the past two days. When customers come to drink coffee, they cannot help but be surprised by the meaningful and sincere work of the shop owner.

A banner hanging at the shop reads: Hen Coffee announces that from September 12 to 15, in the spirit of supporting the northern provinces affected by natural disasters and floods, cash will not be collected. We hope that customers will transfer money directly to the Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The shop also prepares a piece of paper with a QR code of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee's account number so that when customers pay for their coffee, they can scan the code and transfer money directly to it.

The person who has this meaningful job is Mr. Nguyen Hen, 37 years old, owner of Hen coffee shop.

He confided that in recent days, watching the news on TV, social networks, and newspapers, he saw scenes of the northern provinces being severely affected by storms and floods.

Seeing children who lost their parents due to flash floods and landslides, people in flooded areas who lost loved ones and faced many difficulties, he was very heartbroken.

"After discussing with my wife what to do to help the people in the North affected by natural disasters and floods, I immediately printed a banner to hang at the shop. When customers came to drink coffee, I did not take cash, but asked them to transfer money directly to the account number of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee," said Mr. Hen.

Mr. Hen said that his coffee shop's average daily revenue is about 2-3 million VND. He wants to do a small thing to share and spread the message so that everyone can join hands to help the people in the North during the natural disaster.

"It's not a big deal, each person contributes a cup of coffee to share with people in need" - he shared.

Many customers who came to drink coffee at Hen were touched by the meaningful work of the owner and they shared and spread the word. They transferred money not only enough for a cup of coffee, but also more to join hands to share with the people in the North.

Mr. Nguyen Thu, residing in Tien Phuoc district, Quang Nam, said that when he came to drink coffee, saw the banner and the meaningful work of the shop owner, he did not hesitate to directly transfer 500,000 VND to the account number of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, with the content of supporting people in the North affected by natural disasters and floods.

"I want to contribute a little bit to help people in times of difficulty and hardship, hoping that they will soon overcome the pain of loss and rise up" - Mr. Thu confided.
