Facebook, Zalo, Website, even AI chatbots have become effective tools to help workers access employers more easily. However, in the modern labor market, the Provincial Employment Service Center still plays an important role in ensuring safety, transparency, accuracy and efficiency for labor transactions. Especially helping workers avoid unfortunate events such as not being tricked into being sold abroad and ensuring their rights.
To keep up with the trend of digitalizing the labor market, the Center has overcome many difficulties in human resources and material resources, focused on training to improve the qualifications and skills of using technology for civil servants and employees, and invested in building a modern and comprehensive digital market platform. Currently, the 24/7 AI consulting chatbot deployed at the Center has helped employees access career information, recruitment positions and get their questions answered quickly and accurately. Along with that, the Center has implemented a multi-point connection software application to serve online job transactions, support recruitment data analysis, thereby providing clearer and more suitable directions for both businesses and employees.
Through Thai Nguyen Provincial Employment Service Center, businesses inside and outside the province regularly register to recruit more than 20,000 jobs. |
Instead of coming directly to submit applications and wait for interviews as before, workers can now register to find jobs online at the Center's automated counters. By scanning QR codes, workers can quickly look up recruitment information and connect online with businesses. The digital transaction space has expanded access to thousands of workers, especially young people and those with basic IT skills.
In order to help workers overcome confusion and difficulties in using technology applications to support job search, the Center has proactively coordinated with localities to organize training conferences, instructing workers on information technology skills and online job connection skills. Thereby, workers have improved their ability to search for jobs in the digital environment. The effective application of digital technology platforms has contributed to helping the Thai Nguyen province's labor market overcome geographical and time limitations, expanding job access opportunities for workers.
With the role of connecting the labor market, the Center proactively coordinates with businesses inside and outside the province every year to survey and regularly update human resource recruitment needs. On average, the Center annually conducts surveys at about 2,000 businesses through direct forms and social platforms. It records businesses that regularly have recruitment needs of 20,000 or more job positions. At the same time, the Center coordinates with districts and cities to organize labor resource screening, regularly recording more than 6,000 workers looking for jobs.
In 2025, by the end of April, the Center had organized 4 job fairs, 6 mobile job fairs and many conferences on labor and employment law and policy consultation. The activities attracted more than 4,000 employees to participate. In particular, the Center's website at http://vieclamthainguyen.gov.vn , an online job fair channel, has successfully connected hundreds of employees and businesses.
