Linking the patriotic emulation movement with the assigned tasks, the Organizing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee focused on implementing many important solutions on Party building and rectification; creating sources and developing Party members. The Organizing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee said that since the congress for the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committees and Party cells of high schools in the area have created sources, trained, and proposed the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to admit 45 students into the Party; in 2023 alone, 16 students were admitted to the Party.

Students who join the Party are mostly admitted to universities and colleges; many are admitted to public security and military universities. During their life and study, new Party members are supported and helped by the organization, so they can grow in all aspects.

According to Ms. Vo Thi Thu Thuy - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee, during the 11th grade school year, the Party Committees and Party cells of schools in the district will review eligible students to develop plans to monitor, assist, and detect positive factors to introduce and send them to attend Party awareness training classes this school year or in the first semester of grade 12 every year. At the same time, assign official Party members in the Party cells to monitor and assist in considering admission to the Party.

In Phu Ninh, administrative reform and digital transformation have received special attention from agencies, units and localities.
