In the morning, the official delegates attending the Congress elected the Presidium, the Congress Secretariat; the Delegate Qualification Examination Board; and approved the internal rules, working regulations and official congress content in the afternoon.

At the same time, delegates focused on discussing the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the draft documents of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
