Promote the movement to build communes and wards that do a good job in the work of war invalids, martyrs and people with meritorious services; have specific and practical plans and measures so that families with meritorious services to the revolution have a standard of living equal to or higher than the average standard of living of the residential community. Strive to complete the support for people with meritorious services in difficult housing conditions; eliminate poor households with members who are meritorious services.

Continue to implement the establishment of records to confirm meritorious people and resolve regimes, policies, and manage the timely and correct payment of allowances to the right subjects and regimes according to the provisions of Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP, dated December 30, 2021 of the Government . Strengthen the inspection and supervision of policy implementation, strictly handle cases of taking advantage of preferential policies for meritorious people for personal gain, contributing to strengthening people's trust, bringing fairness in resolving policies for meritorious people.

Along with that, giving gifts to policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services to the revolution and some units; organizing visits to Martyrs' Cemetery, offering incense and flowers at Martyrs' Temples and works honoring Martyrs in the province; taking the delegation of People with Meritorious Services of the province to attend the National Conference to honor Outstanding People with Meritorious Services in 2025 and visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, visit the capital Hanoi ...
