Hue: Exciting activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Traditional Culture - Information Day

Cultural and Sports Festival organized by the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue city to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Culture - Information sector

The Cultural and Sports Festival in Hue city had the participation of more than 250 actors and athletes who are officials, civil servants, public employees and workers in the industry and some related units.

During the 2 days of the Festival, the units will bring mass performances with folk songs, folk music, folk dance, fashion shows. Along with that, there will be competitions in sports including: stick pushing, tug of war, billiards, pickleball...

Mr. Phan Thanh Hai, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hue City, said: Through the activities of the Festival, the enthusiasm of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the whole industry is demonstrated, contributing to improving cultural and spiritual life, building a mass cultural and artistic movement and physical education and sports.

It is expected that on August 23, at the Cultural - Cinema Center, the Department of Culture and Information of Hue city will organize the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Culture - Information sector.
