According to the report, implementing electronic health books, as of October 18, the whole province has integrated electronic health books on the VNeID application for 62,674 cases/570,232 permanent residents, reaching 10.99%; the province has also completed connecting the system for issuing criminal records on the VNeID application. Up to now, the Department of Justice has coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to successfully submit 2 criminal records application files to conduct testing on the pro environment on the VNeID application. However, the Ministry of Health has not yet provided instructions on implementing electronic health insurance referral papers and electronic re-examination appointment papers on VNeID, causing difficulties in monitoring and urging the implementation of units.
