Meeting to deploy electronic health books and issue criminal records on VNeID application

According to the report at the meeting, up to now, the whole province has 524,709 medical examination and treatment records uploaded to the Health Insurance Appraisal Data Receiving Portal, an increase of 39,558 records compared to last week. 100% of medical examination and treatment data, testing, referrals, and re-examination appointments are connected and updated to the Social Insurance Appraisal Portal within the prescribed time to serve people. In addition, the province has mobilized the entire political system in the province to coordinate with the police force to guide and activate level 2 electronic identification accounts for people. As of November 5, 2024, 361,407/382,171 level 2 accounts have been activated, reaching 94.57%. By the end of 2024, the province is expected to have 382,171 level 2 electronic identification accounts, serving the development of utilities on the VNeID application according to the roadmap of Project 06/CP in the province. Regarding the implementation of issuing LLTP certificates on the VNeID application, during the week, the Department of Justice coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to successfully submit 7 dossiers to conduct testing on the Pro environment. Up to now, the PRO environment on the VNeID application has been tested and 7 dossiers have been completed.

The working group implementing Project 06 provinces held a weekly meeting.

To meet the progress and roadmap of Project 06 in the province, the Provincial Project 06 Implementation Working Group requests departments, branches and localities to continue to promote propaganda and guide people to use the utilities of the VNeID application, especially the utilities of electronic health books and issuing LLTP cards on the VNeID application. Promote the role of the Community Digital Technology Team, the Project 06 Working Group in villages and neighborhoods. Resolutely implement solutions to increase the rate of 53 online public services under Project 06/CP in the province. It is recommended that localities focus on directing and coordinating relevant units to deploy tasks related to the digitization of civil status records, digitizing land data, speeding up the progress of collecting and activating VNeID level 2 electronic identification accounts. Maintain effective and synchronous implementation of data review and cleaning, fully and accurately update the database on temporary residence, move towards synchronization, shortening the time for issuing temporary residence cards and handling administrative procedures for people.
