As the 17th annual program held right before the graduation ceremony, the 2025 Job Fair of Dong A University (DAU) was attended by leaders of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vietnam E-commerce Association, Da Nang Software Enterprise Association, representatives of domestic enterprises, FDI enterprises in the Central region and a large number of candidates who are students of the school.

According to Dr. Do Trong Tuan - Permanent Vice President of Dong A University, NHVL 2025 of Dong A University attracted more than 5,000 registrations and interviews at 68 direct recruitment booths and 8 units sending recruitment information for positions in many forms. With 7,087 recruitment positions from 76 enterprises participating in recruiting personnel, NHVL 2025 is the year with the largest number of participating enterprises and the largest number of recruitment positions, the most diverse fields, and the largest number of participants compared to previous NHVL periods.

Within the framework of the 17th annual NHVL, Dong A University also held the E-commerce Festival - Ecom Day 2025. This is the first event jointly organized by Dong A University and the Vietnam E-commerce Association in the Central - Central Highlands region, attracting 6 enterprises in the field of e-commerce to participate in signing and recruiting at the program and Digital Business competition for students majoring in E-commerce at Dong A University.

Mr. Vo Van Khanh - Chief Representative of Vietnam E-commerce Association in the Central Highlands - Central region said that Vietnam e-commerce and digital business are entering a period of rapid development, where technology is becoming the main driving force for change.

From artificial intelligence (AI), big data to modern digital business platforms, these trends not only optimize processes but also open up unlimited creative opportunities for the industry. In that context, training a generation of young workers who are not only good at expertise but also sensitive to technology is an urgent task for us to maximize the potential of this promising market."

The association also expressed its hope to prepare students to not only adapt to but also lead innovation in the digital business sector by supporting the promotion of technology application in education, organizing practical application programs, in-depth seminars and creating opportunities for students to access businesses in the industry.

At the same time, it becomes a bridge between the school and member businesses from the cooperation signed within the framework of the festival, contributing to the goal of promoting the development of human resources in the field of digital business and innovation.

At the opening session of NHVL 2025, Dong A University also signed 14 more cooperation documents with business partners participating in the cooperation program on training and supplying human resources in the fields of economics - tourism, engineering - technology, languages, etc.

The cooperation not only increases the scale of the network of domestic and international business partners of Dong A University to more than 680 units, but also brings practical career experiences to students of the school's majors during the course. And along with professional topics and business semesters, the route to receive students for internships at each unit is a priority for official recruitment after graduation every year.

It is known that next May, Dong A University will organize the 10th Japan International Cooperation Conference, which will record a significant increase in the quality and quantity of recruitment of human resources, including students from all majors from Dong A University, to work and develop their careers at partners such as corporations, businesses and even localities in Japan.
