On April 8, the Provincial Military Command organized a military control training course to prepare for the 8th Vietnam - China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program.

Participating in the training were comrades who are officers and soldiers currently working at agencies and units of the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Border Guard Command.
During the 1-day period, officers and soldiers were trained in the basic contents of the tasks of the Military Control Team; traffic control and stopping movements; deployment locations, order of performing tasks of the Military Control Team...

Through the training content, the military control forces of the two units are trained to have knowledge, high professional qualifications, and a firm grasp of the State's laws, regulations, rules, and military discipline, contributing to maintaining strict unit regulations, military discipline, and State laws, especially completing well the task of traffic guidance and directions.

Speaking at the training session, Colonel Nguyen Van Do, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, emphasized: The 8th Vietnam - China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program is an important foreign affairs activity between the two countries' Ministries of Defense in 2024, thereby strengthening friendship, solidarity, promoting substantive cooperation between the two countries' border protection forces, local authorities and people in border areas, contributing to building a peaceful, friendly, stable, cooperative and developing Vietnam - China border.
The Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested the military control force to organize and manage the number of troops well, strictly implement the time, content and training program, and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
