Regarding the 3 submissions of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee on the draft plan to implement the growth scenario for the third quarter, 9 months and the whole year of 2025, the province set a target of 8.29% growth for the third quarter, 8.05% for the 9 months; strives to reach 8.76% in the fourth quarter to complete the annual growth target of 8.61%, contributing to achieving the national GDP growth target of 8% or more.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed with the growth targets and targets according to the submissions and requested the Provincial People's Committee to focus on leading and directing departments, branches and localities to develop plans, have specific solutions, concentrate resources to accelerate growth, promote disbursement of public investment capital; in which, focus on removing difficulties and obstacles in terms of institutions; focus on propaganda and mobilization to create consensus among the people, especially in compensation and site clearance; request the entire political system after the merger to take drastic action.
