In recent years, closely following the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the direction and orientation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Women's Union at all levels in the province have performed well their roles, functions and tasks, actively and effectively participated in the work of building the Party and the political system; focused on social supervision and criticism; mobilized society to implement gender equality. Focused on directing innovation in the content and methods of operation with the motto: Starting from the grassroots, close to the grassroots, close to the grassroots, close to each female group, better performing the function of representing, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women of all classes; actively striving for gender equality and women's development. At the same time, implementing many practical activities associated with the breakthroughs of the term; paying attention to investing resources, promoting training and fostering activities to improve the quality of Union officials, improving the quality of Union organization and the quality of Union activities.

With the achievements gained in recent years, the Provincial Women's Union was honored to receive the Excellent Emulation Flag from the Government, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, and the Provincial People's Committee; and Certificates of Merit from many central ministries, branches, and the Provincial People's Committee. In particular, in 2022, the Provincial Women's Union was awarded the First Class Independence Medal by the President for its outstanding achievements in work, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

At the ceremony, authorized by the President, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc awarded the First Class Independence Medal to the Provincial Women's Union.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 1 individual of the Provincial Women's Union for their achievements in work from 2018-2022, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

In recognition of the important contributions to the province's patriotic emulation movement and the work of the Union in 2022, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to award the Excellent Emulation Flag, the title of Excellent Labor Collective and Certificates of Merit to many collectives and individuals of the Provincial Women's Union. Many collectives and individuals were awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag, Certificates of Merit and Medals for the Development of Vietnamese Women by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Women's Union.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated, commended, and recognized the spirit of solidarity, efforts, and achievements of the Women's Union at all levels as well as all women in the province.

He emphasized: Along with the whole country, Ninh Binh province is facing increasingly new development requirements with many intertwined opportunities and challenges. Thoroughly grasping and implementing the major policies of the Party and the State, on the basis of the achievements and practical situation, Ninh Binh province is focusing on implementing strategic viewpoints, goals and tasks, which are: "Building Ninh Binh province by 2030 to become a fairly good province, basically meeting the criteria of a centrally-run city, by 2035 to become a centrally-run city, taking the characteristics of a Millennium Heritage City, a creative city as the core value; a national and international tourism center; a major center of the country's cultural industry; a locomotive and an important link connecting the network of heritages, creative cities, regional and inter-regional tourism centers, national and international, heritage cities with UNESCO titles in the world; a leading center of the automotive mechanical industry and a number of high-tech, environmentally friendly fields; a solid location for national defense and security. Comprehensively developing culture culture, society, people, ecological environment protection, aiming at the criteria of local development, prosperous society, happy people; typical model of harmoniously combining heritage restoration and conservation with rapid, sustainable development".

These are very important goals and tasks, shaping the development of our province for many future stages, demonstrating the great aspiration of the Party Committee, government, and people of the province not to fall behind, determined to rise up strongly, and also requiring determination and efforts of Party committees, government, and the entire political system of the province, including the important role of women.

Discussing some suggestive contents for the Women's Unions at all levels in the province to pay attention to and implement, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that in the coming time, the Unions at all levels continue to be proactive and actively perform the role of the Union in the work of building the Party and the political system. Proactively develop specific programs to create conditions and promote female cadres and members to participate more actively in activities to carry out socio-economic development tasks of the province and localities. Coordinate more closely with all levels and sectors in the process of implementing tasks, proactively advise and propose to the Party Committees and authorities at all levels to take care of developing the source of female cadres participating in the Party Committees and People's Councils and People's Committees at all levels. Consolidate and improve the quality of the Union organization to be strong and operate effectively...

Organize a mid-term assessment of the implementation of the Resolution of the Women's Congresses at all levels for the 2021-2026 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Women's Congress for the 2022-2027 term to ensure progress and quality. Effectively implement the Association's working theme in 2024: "Enhancing the application of information technology in the Association's activities". Enhance the representative role, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women. The Association at all levels needs to continue to care for each member, especially women in difficult circumstances, vulnerable women, women in industrial zones and clusters... Thereby creating the best conditions and opportunities for women of all classes, positions, fields and professions to contribute to the development of their homeland and country.

Along with that, it is necessary to research and launch more practical movements to promote the implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, encourage women to carry out emulation movements launched by the Association, as well as proactively participate in solving current issues related to women. Continue to promote and replicate typical models of effective economic development led by women; promote activities to support women in economic development and enrichment; pay attention to mobilizing capital sources to support women who are owners of enterprises, cooperatives, etc.

To promote the role and position of women in the development of society, in addition to the leadership of the Party, the active support and assistance from family and society, it is necessary to have the continuous efforts of the Union at all levels and of women themselves. Therefore, cadres, members and women need to proactively overcome difficulties, strive to improve in all aspects; build a good image of Ninh Binh women who are patriotic, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, dynamic, creative, have a cultured lifestyle and are kind-hearted.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee believes that with the fine tradition of Ninh Binh women and the results achieved in recent years, the efforts of cadres and women's union members in the whole province, the Provincial Women's Union will overcome difficulties, successfully carry out the assigned tasks, bring the women's movement to a new level, promote the progress of women, and contribute to the cause of building a rich and civilized Ninh Binh homeland.
