The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association actively contributes to the province's socio-economic development.

Looking back at 2023, in the context of many economic difficulties and challenges, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA) has proactively innovated its thinking, proposed many flexible and effective solutions to help members and enterprises improve their management skills, promote digital transformation, expand production and business activities, and actively do a good job of social security in the locality. Thereby, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong, Chairman of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, said that in 2023, the economy of our province in particular and the whole country in general will face many difficulties and unpredictability due to the impact of armed conflicts in countries around the world, climate change, and global economic recession. As a result, the connection between supply and demand has narrowed, and the export of goods has not been cleared, significantly affecting the production and business situation, and market expansion of enterprises in the province. Recognizing the above challenges, from the beginning of 2023, the Association has focused on propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on private economic development to become an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market economy; promulgating plans and programs of activities, and building coordination regulations between the Provincial People's Committee and Associations in the province. Thereby helping 86 members to remove difficulties and obstacles, restructure enterprises, promote production and business activities; support the Intellectual Property Board and 4 affiliated clubs including: Startup; Real Estate; Tourism; Sports to maintain stable operations and develop.

Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association supports members in consuming OCOP products.

In addition, the Association has actively participated in 35 events, conferences and seminars held inside and outside the province, specifically: Meetings and dialogues to resolve difficulties and obstacles in policies for enterprises; Workshop on analyzing provincial competitiveness index; National online conference on tourism in 2023; Ninh Thuan - India Tourism Connection Conference; UNESCO Certificate Reception Ceremony and Opening of Ninh Thuan Grape - Wine Festival 2023; Food Festival - Welcoming the New Year 2024; Seminar on investment, trade and tourism promotion in Can Tho City and Binh Duong Province to promote, connect and distribute and consume products. Organized 4 Entrepreneur Coffee and Startup Coffee Programs to disseminate support policies for enterprises in science and technology activities; consulted on excellent startup enterprise awards; implemented a cross-product usage program; 1 entrepreneur with 1 young entrepreneur program. At the same time, in coordination with the Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union, and the Provincial Women's Union, 6 seminars and training sessions were organized for more than 300 young people and start-up businesses on digital transformation, product traceability, participation in e-commerce platforms, and business branding; organizing the "Startup Creative Ideas Competition" and consulting on women's start-ups, which created positive changes.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong added that in organizing cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities in 2023, the Association attracted more than 250 entrepreneurs and students to participate in the following tournaments: The first Open Young Entrepreneur Golf Tournament in the South Central Region to raise funds to support dioxin victims; The second Ninh Thuan DNT Football Tournament - NREC Cup Competition; tennis exchange with Thu Duc Business Association; Marathon with the message "Run with the sun, have fun with the wind". Thereby, helping members to exercise, strengthen relationships, exchange and share experiences in the process of business management and production and business activities. In particular, in 2023, the Association donated nearly 300 million VND to organize the Spring of Love Programs, the Festival "Young Doctors, DNT follow Uncle Ho's teachings"; presenting gifts to Dioxin victims; the program with fishermen to light up the sea. Support the construction of community stilt houses in Phuoc Dai commune. Support the "For the Poor" Fund in 2023. Organize 5 "Job ATM" programs... the above activities have been recognized and highly appreciated by the Party Committee and government.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong, Chairman of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, presented Tet gifts to the poor in Nhon Son commune (Ninh Son).

In the coming time, the Provincial Association of Young Entrepreneurs will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and actively participate in trade promotion activities. Participate in criticism and advice to state management agencies to effectively implement programs, policies, and support solutions, promptly remove difficulties for students, young enterprises, and innovative startups. Support students in building effective business strategies, perfecting production processes, improving product/service quality to form value chains. Focus on restructuring business models, effectively applying science and technology in production, promoting digital transformation, and developing the digital economy. Pay attention to training and fostering students and enterprises to improve their professional qualifications, management, and innovate growth models in the new situation...

In recognition of the achievements, in 2023, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs was awarded the flag of excellent unit by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of Young Entrepreneurs; the Provincial People's Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit for its outstanding achievements contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
