Uncle Ho's compassion and altruism have become a noble philosophy of life, crystallized from the traditional values ​​of the nation, humanity and the times, and are "inherited assets" that generations of Vietnamese people in general and our province in particular learn and promote to build prosperous and happy families, homelands and countries.

Promoting the spirit of learning and following Uncle Ho with a compassionate heart, at the end of 2021, the Provincial Women's Union responded to and implemented the "Godmother" Program launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union to support the care and nurturing of children orphaned by their parents due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The program quickly spread, received attention and support from the community, connected and mobilized cadres, women's union members, philanthropists, and businesses to sponsor and help 87 orphaned children with difficult circumstances to rise up in life and study. In addition to the above program, the Union at all levels also maintained and implemented models: Shelters of Love, Nguyen Thi Dinh Scholarship, Rice Jars of Love, "mutual love" models to help members, women in difficult circumstances, single people, families with preferential policies, poor but studious students, etc.

The Provincial Front at all levels has launched and effectively implemented the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" to mobilize social resources to care for and help the poor and disadvantaged people to improve their lives. In 2022 alone, through the implementation of the movement, the "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee from the province to the grassroots level mobilized and received support from agencies, units, businesses, and philanthropists inside and outside the province in the amount of 24.5 billion VND, creating a source of funding to support the construction of 226 solidarity houses, repair 9 damaged houses, support poor and studious students, support production, medical examination and treatment, buy health insurance cards for poor and near-poor households... On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Quy Mao in 2023, the Front at all levels presided over and coordinated the organization of receiving, distributing, and synthesizing from organizations, agencies, units, businesses, and individuals inside and outside the province to support over 70,909 gifts with a total value of over 22.7 billion VND to promptly implement the social security program, take care of the Lunar New Year for beneficiaries according to regulations, ensuring that all poor and near-poor households and families are provided with gifts. People in difficult circumstances can celebrate Tet in a joyful and warm atmosphere.

Contributing to spreading the message of love, making learning and following Uncle Ho with a compassionate heart a regular and effective activity, in the first quarter of 2023, the Youth Union of Tien Thuan Garment Company Limited organized the signing of a commitment to sponsor 3 students in difficult circumstances who are children of union members and youth of the company; the Youth Union of Ninh Thuan Vocational College organized the "Night of Charity" program to establish a volunteer team to travel to all the streets of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City to give 66 gifts of cakes and water to homeless people, poor people working late at night, coordinated to organize the "Warm Clothes to School" program to give warm clothes to more than 100 students of Phuoc Binh C Primary School (Bac Ai)... Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province continued to effectively organize volunteer campaigns; coordinated with medical centers, young doctors' associations to organize medical examinations, nutrition and health consultations, and free medicine distribution; Visiting, giving gifts, granting scholarships, and sponsoring students in difficult circumstances. The "Voluntary blood donation" movement has been promoted by the Red Cross Society, sectors, organizations, and localities to promote and mobilize blood donation, creating a widespread spread. "Every drop of blood given, a life remains", the meaningful and humane message of the movement has been understood, sympathized, and shared by cadres, civil servants, public employees, and people of all walks of life in the province. More and more people are willing to donate part of their blood to promptly save the lives of critically ill patients. In the first quarter of 2023 alone, the provincial Red Cross Society at all levels mobilized 1,118 people to donate 931 units of 250 ml of blood; The Provincial Police Youth Union launched the “Living Blood Bank” Club with 366 union members and young police officers from units and localities participating in order to mobilize “living blood” in the club to promptly donate blood, save comrades, teammates and people in emergency and treatment cases… Donating blood to save people is a noble act, demonstrating the tradition of mutual love and caring for others as if they were themselves of our nation, contributing with the health sector to solve the shortage of blood reserves, bringing life and joy to many patients.

Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Fronts, and organizations at all levels in the province also lead and seriously and effectively implement the construction and maintenance of activities, models, and clubs to help people who have made mistakes reintegrate into the community; organize visits and give gifts to people who are temporarily detained or imprisoned... thereby creating conditions for people who have made mistakes to have the opportunity and determination to quickly reform, reintegrate into the community, become useful citizens for their families and society, contributing significantly to the good implementation of the work of preventing re-violation of the law, ensuring security and order, in accordance with the moral traditions of the nation, the humanitarian and altruistic ideology of President Ho Chi Minh, building families, homelands, and countries that are increasingly prosperous and happy.
