Vietnam has been clearly demonstrating its role as a friend, a reliable partner, and a responsible member of the international community. Vietnam's position and prestige in the international arena are increasingly affirmed and enhanced. From a country severely devastated by war, Vietnam has risen to become a symbol of peace, stability, hospitality, and a destination for international investors and tourists.
