After 10 days of posting, the clip attracted more than 1.5 million views, more than 76,000 likes, and more than 1,000 comments and shares.

In the latest developments, on the morning of October 9, the leader of Thu Duc City Police, Ho Chi Minh City, informed Dan Viet that the unit had coordinated with Thu Thiem Ward Police, Thu Duc City to send an invitation to Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh (model Ngoc Trinh) to come to the headquarters to work on the above incident.

For the act of letting go of both hands while driving; Using feet to control the vehicle; Sitting on one side to control the vehicle; Lying on the saddle to control the vehicle; Changing the driver while the vehicle is running; Turning the body backwards to control the vehicle or blindfolding the vehicle will be fined from 6,000,000 to 8,000,000 VND according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 8, Article 6 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of road traffic.
In addition, violators may also be subject to an additional penalty of having their driver's license revoked for 2-4 months for the above violations.
