Tran Xuan Hoang (born in 1994), Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of MDC Group, is a native of Hong Linh Town. During his school days, Tran Xuan Hoang had a simple dream of helping his family develop the economy, making his parents' lives less difficult. That was also the motivation for him to always strive to excel in his studies and the result was a diploma with honors from the Faculty of Petroleum, University of Mining and Geology.

After 1 year of internship and experience at oil and gas companies in Ho Chi Minh City, Tran Xuan Hoang decided to change direction to a more suitable one for himself. He shared: “I feel that I have a good affinity with the business industry as well as the desire to experience and explore many new things. Therefore, after a period of research, I decided to start a business in the lighting industry, a field that is very necessary to contribute to the development of society. MDC Group was conceived in 2018 and officially started operating a year later.”

A young team with innovative thinking has helped MDC Group make many strides in a short time.

Tran Xuan Hoang began to look for like-minded associates and partners to build goals and create the MDC brand in the market. MDC focuses on promoting the production of products such as: LED lights, outdoor decorative lights, steel poles for lighting, solar lights, electric wires and cables, cast iron poles...

The journey had just started with some favorable conditions when the COVID-19 pandemic struck, bringing with it many difficulties, especially for a young company like MDC. In that situation, Tran Xuan Hoang and the management team saw and seized the opportunity to undertake many lighting projects for new rural construction in provinces and cities across the country. From there, they gradually overcame the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic and continued to build a solid foundation for the company.
