Accordingly, based on Official Dispatch No. 3794/UBND-KT dated June 28, 2025 of the City People's Committee and the guidance of the Ministry of Finance in Official Dispatch No. 10020/BTC-QLCS dated July 4, 2025, the City People's Committee requests the People's Committees of communes and wards to complete the arrangement and arrangement of public assets and handle surplus houses and land in July 2025.

Based on the results of the review at the grassroots level, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to develop a comprehensive plan to handle redundant headquarters in the area, including: Arranging and rearranging headquarters for city and central agencies, converting functions into medical and educational facilities, etc.

The overall plan needs to ensure synchronization, efficiency, savings, long-term stability and be completed in August 2025. In particular, the focal point coordinates with central agencies and units located in the area to grasp information on the need to arrange working headquarters as well as the situation of surplus headquarters, from there synthesizing and advising the City People's Committee.
