This year, the whole city had 915 exams with a score of 10.

Based on the 2024 high school graduation exam score data, many high schools in Hanoi have high average scores in all subjects; including 4 specialized high schools under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training (Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, Nguyen Hue High School for the Gifted, Chu Van An High School, Son Tay High School); many high schools under universities (Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School - High School, University of Education High School for the Gifted, High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences & Humanities, High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences).

In the top schools with high average scores in high school graduation exams, there are a number of non-public high schools (Luong The Vinh Secondary & High School, Newton Secondary – High School, Nguyen Sieu High School, MV. Lomonosov Secondary – High School; schools in the Vinschool system, FPT High School...).

Top public high schools are also in the top schools with high average exam scores (Le Quy Don High School - Ha Dong, Kim Lien High School, Thang Long High School, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School, Yen Hoa High School, Phan Dinh Phung High School, Nhan Chinh High School, Nguyen Gia Thieu High School....).
