Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a pilot adjustment of traffic organization at the Kim Ma intersection - UNICEF gate, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi.


Accordingly, on Kim Ma Street, cars are prohibited from turning around during rush hour in the morning from 6:00 - 9:00, in the afternoon from 16:00 - 19:30 (at the Kim Ma intersection - Unicef gate) in the direction of the city center.

Vehicles that need to turn back to Unicef building and Vincom Center Metropolis during rush hour go in the following direction: Through the intersection and turn back at the existing median strip opening on Kim Ma street (about 200m from Kim Ma - Van Bao intersection). The pilot implementation period starts from March 29, 2025 to August 29, 2025.

Hanoi Department of Construction requests the Traffic Police Department - City Police, the Department of Construction Inspectorate to arrange forces to coordinate with relevant units to organize traffic flow guidance for vehicles according to the pilot plan to adjust traffic organization. Strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and urban order on roads and intersections.

At the same time, monitor and evaluate traffic situation on the route and area to promptly detect problems and propose appropriate adjustments to traffic organization plans.
