Hanoi reclaims nearly 1,000m2 of land returned by Him Lam Company

(Dan Tri) - The Hanoi People's Committee has decided to reclaim 986 square meters of land at plot A4 in the auction area of ​​Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district, returned by Him Lam Joint Stock Company.


The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 623 on the recovery of 986 square meters of land at plot A4 in the auction area of ​​Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district, returned by Him Lam Joint Stock Company.

According to the decision, the location and boundaries of the land are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Drawing approved by the Long Bien District People's Committee on June 27, 2014. The reason for land recovery is that at the end of 2024, Him Lam Joint Stock Company has a written request to voluntarily return the land to the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the above recovered land area to the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to prepare a land handover dossier according to regulations.

At the same time, Long Bien District People's Committee receives, strictly manages and proposes plans to use the recovered land area according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, and reports to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
