The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 594 on handing over more than 11,340 square meters of land in Xuan Canh commune to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area of ​​Van Loc 2 village.

Of the total of more than 11,340m2 of land, more than 5,100m2 of residential land is for auction of land use rights. The form of land use is that the Dong Anh District People's Committee is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees. The land use term is according to the investment project implementation term as prescribed. The land allocation method is land allocation through auction of land use rights to implement projects using land. In addition, more than 6,200m2 is land for traffic, trees and connecting technical infrastructure.

Hanoi People's Committee requests Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure no interleaved land areas, economical and efficient use of land.

In addition, this district is responsible for preparing a plan for auctioning land use rights and submitting it to competent authorities for approval and organizing the auction of land use rights in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by law.
