These two clinics were fined for providing medical examination and treatment services beyond the scope of expertise stated in their medical examination and treatment licenses; creating medical records but not clearly and fully stating the items in the medical records according to the form prescribed by law.

Dong Phuong General Clinic was additionally fined for violating advertising special services without having the content confirmed by a competent state agency.

Specifically, Dong Phuong General Clinic (under Truong Minh Medical Company Limited - No. 497 Quang Trung Street, Phu La Ward, Ha Dong) was fined 135 million VND and had its operating license revoked for 3 months.

At the same time, revoke Mr. Le Ngoc Chinh's practice certificate for 2 months. Forced to remove and delete advertisements that have not been confirmed by the competent authority.

Bac Viet General Clinic (under Tan Thien Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company - No. 73 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay) was fined 94 million VND and had its operating license revoked for 0 months. Mr. Le Viet Anh's practice certificate was revoked for 2 months.

Nine medical establishments were administratively fined from 750,000 VND to 45 million VND for violating regulations on labeling, advertising, etc.

In particular, Dong Hiep Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (Lot CN7, Tu Liem Industrial Park, Minh Khai Ward, Bac Tu Liem District) was fined 45 million VND for advertising cosmetics without having the content confirmed by a competent state agency before advertising as prescribed.

Tran Gia Trading Development Company Limited (No. 149 Xuan Thuy, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District) traded in goods with labels containing incorrect information about the nature and truth of the goods, and was fined 25 million VND.

Forced recall of goods and forced removal of incorrect or untrue information about those goods.

In addition, four private pharmacies also committed the mistake of not submitting documents requesting periodic assessment of maintaining compliance with good retail pharmacy practices as prescribed and were fined VND 7.5 million.
