On March 9, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Party Central Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac attended the Conference to collect comments on the draft report outlines of the Party Charter Subcommittee of the 14th National Congress in the North Central and Central Coast regions, held in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.
