The total number of forest owners who have opened accounts is 876/939 forest owners, reaching 93.29%; the number of forest owners who have not opened accounts is 63 forest owners.
Tuan Giao district proposed to amend the regulations on subjects assigned to forests and forestry land to be consistent with the historical reality of forest and forestry land management and use as well as the farming practices of the people.
