The main road is open.

The coastal route passing through Nghe An , from Km7 to Km76, is nearly 60km long, with a total investment of more than 4,651 billion VND. This large-scale project demonstrates the strategic vision of the Party and State and the determination of our province in realizing the aspiration to reach out to the sea.

The road is not only a transport infrastructure, but also a connecting thread between coastal cities, economic zones, tourist areas, seaports and rural areas, etc. From there, it opens up a direction for synchronous development, exploiting marine potential, closely linking the marine economy with the domestic economy.

The coastal route passes through many key localities such as Quynh Mai ward, Quynh Anh commune, Dien Chau commune, An Chau commune... to Cua Lo ward... These are all localities with rich potential for marine economy, tourism and services.

With a modern route running through, attracting investment, expanding trade, developing industries, services and tourism will be more convenient. This is a testament to the State and the province's concern for the lives of coastal people; at the same time, it demonstrates the determination to develop synchronous and modern infrastructure, associated with a sustainable development strategy. The authorities and people of coastal communes are full of confidence and expectations for a brighter future when this vital route comes into use.

Mr. Ho Nghia Duong - Chairman of Quynh Anh Commune People's Committee said that the coastal road has created a huge advantage in attracting investment, especially commercial, service and tourism projects associated with the sea. For a locality that is considered a large "vegetable granary" of the province, the new road has shortened the distance between the production area and the consumption market, creating conditions for traders to purchase agricultural products more easily.

That means people have the opportunity to develop their livelihoods and increase their income in a sustainable way. Mr. Nguyen Cuong, a resident of An Chau commune, emotionally said: Before, traveling was difficult due to narrow and degraded roads, but now there is a spacious and airy coastal road, making trade more convenient, and attracting more tourists. People no longer feel "isolated" but instead feel connected and have more space for development.

Not only promoting the development of marine tourism, the route also connects directly with industrial parks and deep-water seaports, creating an important trade corridor for import and export goods, reducing the load on National Highway 1A, creating a balance and spreading development between regions.

The Nghe An coastal road also has great significance in strengthening national defense and security. As a coastal axis, the road serves both economic development and ensures mobility requirements for national defense and security, making an important contribution to ensuring sovereignty over seas and islands, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area.

The new road opens up development opportunities, changing the face of coastal countryside. From small fishing villages, there are now more conditions to expand services, develop community tourism, and improve people's lives.
