He affirmed: Over the past time, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province has united and mobilized dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; actively participated in patriotic emulation movements and built the great national unity bloc; thereby contributing to the Party Committee, government, and people in the province to successfully carry out the task of socio-economic development of the province. He requested dignitaries and abbots of pagodas to promote the patriotic tradition of Vietnamese Buddhism, encourage monks, nuns, Buddhist followers, and people to unite and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality, contributing to building the homeland to be more and more prosperous and civilized; accompanying the Party Committee, government, and people to well implement the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.
