Hai Duong Provincial People's Council elected Mr. Nguyen Hoai Long, Director of the Department of Construction, as a member of the Provincial People's Committee, term XVII, 2021-2026.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council resolved to dismiss Mr. Vu Van Tung, Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, from the position of member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 17th term, 2021 - 2026.

Previously, on May 4, Mr. Vu Van Tung, Director of the Department of Transport, was appointed to the position of Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board from May 4, 2024 until reaching the retirement age according to regulations; Mr. Nguyen Hoai Long, Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Hai Duong Department of Construction from May 4, 2024 to May 3, 2029.
