Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 320-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Ninh Son district has closely followed the direction and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee to focus on leading and directing the organization and implementation in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles, basically ensuring the progress of the contents on preparing political reports, personnel, service work, etc.

Up to now, the subcommittees preparing for the 13th District Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term are focusing on implementing the assigned tasks. The district has selected Tan Son Town Party Committee to organize a model congress to focus on directing and drawing lessons; at the same time, assigning Standing members and Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to monitor, urge and direct the grassroots congress.

Propaganda work about the congress was also focused on and promoted; work to ensure security and order, effectively handle complaints and denunciations was strengthened; direction work to prepare for the congress organization of branches and affiliated party committees was focused on, basically ensuring compliance with the set plan.

Speaking at the working session, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that from now until the congress, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Son District Party Committee needs to closely follow the progress of each work content, clearly define responsibilities to be more determined, urgent, drastic, and scientific in directing and preparing for the success of the Party Congresses at all levels of the District Party Committee, especially in building political reports that must closely follow the key orientations of the higher-level Party Committees; continue to review and evaluate so that the political report ensures honesty, objectivity, and closeness to reality; clarify the comprehensive advantages and disadvantages in all fields, point out the causes, and draw lessons; at the same time, identify the development driving force of the district; development orientation of key sectors and fields. In personnel work, continue to proactively assess the quality of reserve cadres as a basis for preparing to select new Party Committees, ensuring the standards for Party Committee members according to regulations; Pay attention to female, young and ethnic minority staff.

In propaganda work, it is necessary to continue to promote propaganda and thoroughly grasp Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and guiding documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels; propagate to create confidence, excitement, unity within the Party Committee and consensus of the People; resolutely accelerate and make breakthroughs to complete and exceed the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 12th District Party Congress; encourage and motivate cadres and Party members to unite, promote a sense of responsibility, strive, actively prepare, and make an important contribution to the success of the District Party Congress. In the process of preparing and conducting the congress, the district also needs to strengthen the work of grasping the internal ideological situation and public opinion right from the grassroots level to promptly orient to ensure political security, social order and safety before, during and after the Party Congresses at all levels in the area.
