A total of 32 projects (including 16 projects that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee unanimously put under urgent direction) are striving to complete in order to organize the inauguration ceremony, affix the recognition sign, and affix the groundbreaking sign on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Quang Nam province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025), the liberation of the South, and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and welcome the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Notably, there are 7 completed works and projects with recognition plaques on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Quang Nam province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025). Including: Provincial Data Integration Center project; "50,000-ton Wharf" project; crane manufacturing factory - Tam Anh Industrial Park, Korea; wood pellet factory; "Anti-erosion and sustainable protection of Hoi An coast, Quang Nam province" project; "Quang Nam General Hospital - High-tech treatment area" project and Que Son High School.

The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks is the investor of 15 projects; the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects is the investor of 9 projects; the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects of Agricultural and Rural Development Projects is the investor of 3 projects.

The Provincial People's Committee requests each department, agency, and branch assigned to preside over and coordinate with agencies, units, and localities to urgently focus on implementing tasks, speed up construction progress, ensure project quality in order to promptly organize the inauguration, affix recognition signs, and affix new groundbreaking signs for projects on the above-mentioned occasions.

The Provincial People's Committee recommends that, during the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems related to the functions and tasks of relevant departments, branches and localities, it is recommended to coordinate and resolve them according to its authority. Create the most favorable conditions for the assigned units to complete their tasks well according to the set schedule, ensuring the process and regulations. In case of exceeding the authority, it is necessary to synthesize, propose and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and decide.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, this is an important political task in the programs and plans set out by Quang Nam to celebrate major local and national holidays in 2025 and welcome the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
