Accordingly, it is required that departments, branches, sectors and district-level People's Committees organize propaganda and dissemination of the contents of Resolution No. 29 and Program No. 28 to raise awareness of all levels, sectors, businesses and people about promoting industrialization and modernization of the country.

Identifying the core content of the industrialization and modernization cause is to promote the strong application of science - technology , innovation, especially the achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, creating breakthroughs in productivity, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of industries and fields.

Regarding implementation, departments, branches, district-level People's Committees and related units shall base on Resolution No. 29 and Program No. 28 to proactively develop and effectively implement tasks and solutions, ensuring the achievement of set goals.

Regularly inspect, urge and periodically report to the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation results (through the Department of Industry and Trade) before November 15 every year for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
