On the morning of March 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises and 3 grassroots unions: Children's Hospital; Oncology Hospital; Mental Hospital; Hoang Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Labor Federation of Nhu Xuan district to organize a voluntary program of medical examination, health consultation, free medicine distribution, and gift giving to children, the elderly, families with meritorious services and people of Thanh Quan commune (Nhu Xuan).

At the program, 25 young doctors and nurses who are cadres and youth union members of the Children's Hospital, the Oncology Hospital and the Mental Hospital, and Hoang Giang Pharmaceutical Company directly examined patients, provided health consultations, cancer screening, reproductive health consultations, distributed condoms and birth control pills to young people, and gave free medicine to 300 children, the elderly, and people of Thanh Quan commune.

The Standing Representative of the Youth Union presented 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to 10 families of youth union members in difficult circumstances, families of war invalids, and families of policy beneficiaries; the total cost for volunteer activities was 92 million VND.

This is a regular and practical activity of the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises during Youth Month. These activities have strongly promoted the pioneering and volunteering role of union members and young people actively participating in the youth movement for community life and social security.
