On the occasion of preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, on the morning of January 24, comrade Le Tien Lam, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, led a working delegation of the province to visit and extend New Year greetings to the Military Region 4 Command. Receiving the delegation were Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of the Military Region and comrades Heads of the General Staff, Political Department, Logistics and Technical Department of Military Region 4.

He sincerely thanked the Party Committee and the Military Region Command for their attention and support to Thanh Hoa province in leading and directing local defense work over the past year, contributing to creating conditions for the province's socio -economic development.

Speaking at the reception, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of the Military Region, expressed his joy at the results achieved by Thanh Hoa province in the past year; at the same time, thanked the attention of the Party Committee and the government of Thanh Hoa province for always accompanying, supporting and coordinating with the armed forces of the Military Region in performing military and defense tasks.
