
Attending the meeting were representatives of the Departments of Construction, Finance, Agriculture & Environment, Provincial Transport Project Management Board; Provincial Land Fund Development Center and Branch No. 1, Provincial People's Committee Office and People's Committees of Binh Thuan , Mui Ne, Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, Tien Thanh wards.

At the meeting, the Provincial Traffic Project Management Board reported on the progress of two projects, including: Road from Le Duan - Truong Chinh intersection to the expressway interchange and land fund on both sides of the road; Coastal road through Mui Ne, Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, Tien Thanh wards and River overpass on the coastal road.

Accordingly, the Road Project from Le Duan - Truong Chinh intersection to the expressway intersection and the land fund on both sides of the road has a length of about 12.05km, including: the North - South expressway overpass intersection and branch roads to and from the expressway.
The project location is in Binh Thuan ward. The expected implementation progress is from 2026 - 2030; in which, construction is expected to be completed in December 2028.
The project's site clearance work is divided into component projects. The scope of site clearance is determined to be approximately 242 hectares, including the road section and land acquisition along both sides of the route.

According to the report of the Department of Construction, the project's land acquisition work volume is relatively large, with about 387 households affected. The implementation time is long and there is no clean land fund for resettlement.
To speed up the implementation progress, in the coming time, the unit proposes that the Provincial People's Committee direct the Provincial Traffic Project Management Board to organize the implementation of site clearance stake placement as a basis for handover to Binh Thuan ward to organize the measurement of cadastral maps, serving site clearance.
At the same time, complete the procedures for selecting a survey contractor, prepare a feasibility study report and agree on a plan to connect the intersection with the North-South expressway.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized the special importance of the Road Project from Le Duan - Truong Chinh intersection to the expressway interchange. This is considered an important project and road axis in the blue sea area of Lam Dong , related to the high-speed railway project that the Government is implementing very vigorously.
The route also connects via the North-South expressway and has a development direction towards Gia Nghia in the future. Both sides of the route have great economic development potential.
He requested relevant departments, branches and units to pay attention and make efforts to properly implement the proposed progress milestones. Regarding the assignment of site clearance milestones, they must be implemented resolutely and promptly. At the same time, the plan to select construction contractors must be completed in August 2026 and construction must be completed in 2028.
He also directed Binh Thuan ward to coordinate with the Project Information Management Board, to initially grasp the regime and policies on site clearance; to organize meetings with the people, mobilize the people and proactively carry out other tasks related to the locality's tasks.

For the Coastal Road Project through Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, Tien Thanh wards and the River Overpass on the route, the starting point connects to the roundabout of DT.719 road at Cambodia slope, Tien Thanh road. The project has a total length of about 14.6km. The entire route has 6 standard motor vehicle lanes.

The project has a planning plan and investment solutions for coastal routes, as well as proposed planning for reclaimed areas to effectively exploit land funds.
The project is expected to complete the selection of contractors to prepare the pre-feasibility study report in September 2025; complete the approval of the planning of the wards in December 2025; and approve the pre-feasibility study report in March 2026.

To speed up the progress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai directed the Department of Agriculture and Environment to issue a document guiding related procedures throughout the project investment process, especially in mineral areas. The Department of Construction was assigned to develop an outline and roadmap for zoning planning, so that the Project Management Board can include it in the progress of submitting the investment policy.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai also requested localities to coordinate well with units to effectively implement zoning plans and effectively manage land areas.
