Duc Trong District (Lam Dong) issued a decision on the starting price for auctioning 18 land lots in the rural residential land planning area at nearly 31 million VND/m2.

On June 4, the People's Committee of Duc Trong District (Lam Dong) issued a decision approving the starting price for 18 land lots that the district is preparing to auction in the near future. According to the district, the 18 land lots will be auctioned for land use rights.

Of which, 12 plots belong to area A and the remaining 6 plots belong to area B. The decision approving the starting price clearly states that the plots have a starting price of 30,856 million VND/m2.

Based on area unit, lot A1 is 295m2 so the total starting price is over 9.9 billion VND; the remaining 17 lots have an average area of ​​140-142m2, the total starting price is from over 4.3 to 4.4 billion VND/lot.

According to the People's Committee of Duc Trong district, the 18 plots of land mentioned above are planned as rural residential land and are located next to National Highway 20, in Hiep Thanh commune (Duc Trong district). These plots of land are located in an area with a construction density of 70%, a setback of 3m and buildings not exceeding 5 floors.

Duc Trong District People's Committee assigned Duc Trong District Land Fund Development Center to fully carry out procedures for property auction according to regulations.

It is known that Hiep Thanh commune (Duc Trong district) has Lien Khuong - Prenn expressway and National Highway 20 running through it. Hiep Thanh commune is located at the gateway to Da Lat city (Lam Dong).
