For the Vietnam Airlines flight booking system interface, in the first box, you fill in "Title", then "Middle name and first name", the last box is to fill in "Last name".

For Pacific Airlines: In the first box, you fill in “Last name and middle name”, then fill in “First name” and in the last box, you need to provide information about “Gender”.

For Vietjet Air, the first box you fill in your full name, then the next box fill in “Last name”, then fill in “First name and Middle name”.
