The 2025 high school graduation exam has 1.16 million candidates participating in the exam. Of these, the number of candidates choosing to take the Chinese exam according to the 2006 general education program is only 108.

Specifically, the high school graduation score consists of 3 components: total score of high school graduation exam subjects converted to a 10-point scale, average score of high school years, priority points (UT) and encouragement points (KK) if any.

In the average score of the school years, the learning results of grade 10 are calculated with a coefficient of 1, the learning results of grade 11 are calculated with a coefficient of 2, and the learning results of grade 12 are calculated with a coefficient of 3.

The academic result of each year is the average score of all subjects evaluated by the scores of each school year, rounded to 2 decimal places.

The formula for calculating the average score (GPA) of high school years is as follows:

Average of each school year = (GPA of grade 10 x 1 + GPA of grade 11 x 2 + GPA of grade 12 x 3)/6

The formula for calculating high school graduation scores is as follows:

In previous years, the formula for calculating high school graduation scores divided the ratio of 7-3 for graduation exam scores and academic results. In addition, academic results were only considered in grade 12.
