From April 21 to 23, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee held a conference to approve the Congress Project of the branches and grassroots Party Committees for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the conference were comrades: Colonel Vu Van Hung, Party Secretary, Political Commissar; Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoa, Commander and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee.

At the conference, leaders of the branches and grassroots party committees reported on the Project and preparations for the grassroots party congress for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, closely following the outline and instructions from superiors, the branches and grassroots party committees have basically completed the draft political report, congress resolution, collective review report of the Party Committee, and the congress's working program.

The branches and Party committees have prepared personnel to participate in the Party Committee, Inspection Committee, and delegates to attend the 19th Provincial Border Guard Party Congress, term 2025-2030; prepared personnel for the positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee in accordance with the above steps, procedures, and instructions.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Vu Van Hung, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, acknowledged the activeness and proactiveness of the units in preparing the contents of the Project. At the same time, he requested that the branches and grassroots Party Committees fully absorb the comments of the functional agencies to complete the Project and organize the Congress.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard also requested that units urgently complete the draft documents of the Congress in accordance with the above instructions, closely following the situation, characteristics and tasks of the unit in the coming term; the organization of the Congress must ensure the correct procedures, principles, democracy, timeliness and content.

Comrades participating in the appraisal of the Project need to proactively research, contribute opinions, answer questions, and make recommendations according to the specialties of each branch and Party Committee. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee will assign comrades in the Standing Committee and functional agencies to attend and direct the Congresses of branches and grassroots Party Committees in the coming time.
