Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha joined the working delegation.
Locally, General Phan Van Giang and the delegation visited and presented gifts to the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Military Command, Border Guard Command, Public Security and Veterans Association of Nam Dinh province; visited and presented gifts to policy families, poor households, and workers in difficult circumstances in Vu Ban district; visited and presented gifts to the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Veterans Association of Hong Quang commune (Nam Truc district) and presented gifts to policy families and poor households in Hong Quang commune.
General Phan Van Giang expressed his joy that Nam Dinh province has overcome many difficulties and achieved remarkable results in 2024, notably the local budget revenue reaching more than 15 trillion VND; Nam Dinh continues to be the leading province in building advanced and exemplary new rural areas, people's lives continue to improve; the province also completed national defense and security work well.
On behalf of the leaders of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang congratulated Nam Dinh province on its achievements and wished the people of Nam Dinh province a new spring filled with abundance and happiness.
General Phan Van Giang expressed his hope that the province would continue to pay attention to leadership and direction so that people could celebrate the traditional Tet holiday of the nation in a warm, happy and united manner, with every family having Tet; and pay more attention to improving people's lives, including families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services.
In 2025, the province will continue to strive to rise up, accelerate breakthroughs; successfully organize Party congresses at all levels; effectively implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) on "Some issues of continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently", thereby strengthening the people's trust in the Party and following the Party.
Joining the working delegation, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha presented Tet gifts from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee to a number of households in Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh province.
