The 7th Provincial Congress of Oriental Medicine Association, term 2025-2030

During the past term, the Provincial Association of Traditional Medicine has promoted the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, dynamism, creativity, innovation in methods, improved the quality of activities, and achieved many important results. Along with promoting political and ideological education, consolidating, building, and developing the association's organization, the association at all levels has actively mobilized cadres and members to practice medical ethics, expertise, and profession, actively apply and inherit traditional medicine, develop planting, research, and use of local medicinal plants; organize many social and charitable activities, contributing to the cause of protecting, caring for, and improving people's health, and building a scientific, national, and modern Vietnamese medicine.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Association of Traditional Medicine will continue to innovate, consolidate, improve the organization, and improve the quality of its activities. Focus on research, application, inheritance, and modernization of Traditional Medicine. Strengthen political and ideological education , medical ethics education, grasp the Party's guidelines and viewpoints on developing Vietnamese Traditional Medicine, combining Eastern and Western medicine, building a scientific, national, and modern Vietnamese Medicine. Promote professional training and development. Actively organize and participate in humanitarian social activities... Strive to build the Association into a truly professional, united, innovative, dynamic, and creative social organization, contributing to the cause of protecting, caring for, and improving people's health.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Thuc, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Oriental Medicine Association, presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

Speaking at the congress, the Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Traditional Medicine Association acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial Traditional Medicine Association in the past term; requested the Provincial Traditional Medicine Association to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity to successfully complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the 7th Congress, build the association to be increasingly developed and strong, contributing to the cause of protecting, caring for, and improving people's health and Vietnamese Traditional Medicine.

Speaking at the congress, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the achievements of the Provincial Association of Oriental Medicine in the past term; suggested that in the coming term, it is necessary to focus on effectively implementing a number of key tasks: Promoting ideological education; continuing to effectively implement the Party's policies, regulations and laws of the State on the work of protecting, caring for and improving people's health, developing Vietnamese Oriental Medicine in the new situation.

Actively coordinate to promote the development of traditional medicine and pharmacy in the period of 2020-2025 with a vision to 2030. Departments, branches, localities and the health sector are responsible for directing the development of traditional medicine and pharmacy in the area, creating favorable conditions, supporting the Oriental Medicine Association at all levels to operate effectively, enhancing socialization, expanding treatment services using traditional medicine and pharmacy to serve the cause of caring for and protecting people's health.

The Executive Committee of the Provincial Oriental Medicine Association, term VII, 2025-2030, was introduced to the congress.

The Congress elected 25 members to the Executive Committee of the Provincial Oriental Medicine Association, term VII, 2025-2030. Mr. Bui Van Ky was elected as Vice President concurrently; Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh Minh was elected as Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Oriental Medicine Association, term VII, 2025-2030.
