BTO-Ms. Tran Hong Nguyen - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Law Committee recently had a meeting with voters before the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly in Mang To commune (Tanh Linh) and Nam Chinh commune (Duc Linh).
At the meeting, the National Assembly deputies informed voters about the expected time and content of the program of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the session is expected to take place in 24 days, divided into 2 phases, the first phase takes place from October 23 to November 10, 2023 and the second phase takes place from November 20 to 29, 2023. The session will consider, approve and give opinions on 9 draft laws, 2 draft resolutions, and at the same time consider and decide on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues ; Conduct questions and answers from National Assembly deputies along with some important contents.
After listening to the National Assembly delegates announce the content and agenda of the 6th session, voters of Mang To commune were interested in making recommendations on a number of issues such as land use management; teacher allowances; a general education program with many sets of textbooks that make it difficult for students to choose; the need to pay attention to educating students about national history; encouraging people to participate in health insurance but the quality of medical services and some drugs not on the drug list, not meeting the people's needs for medical examination and treatment, providing clean water to the people of the commune...
In Nam Chinh commune, voters were interested in making recommendations on loans for students; voters requested additional funding support for branch heads of mass organizations, self-management groups of villages, etc.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly’s Law Committee Tran Hong Nguyen and representatives of local leaders responded to some opinions and recommendations from voters. The remaining issues were received by National Assembly deputies and forwarded to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution according to their authority.
