The Secretary of the Party Committee of the special zone acknowledged that the exchange of party membership cards was directed, implemented, and carried out by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in a timely, serious, methodical, scientific , and strict manner, in accordance with the Party Charter, regulations of the Central Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, and principles and procedures for exchanging cards. According to Official Dispatch No. 9165-CV/BTCTW dated July 31, 2025 of the Central Organizing Committee and Official Dispatch No. 87-CV/BTCTU dated August 1, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on instructions for exchanging party membership cards, the implementation of the task of exchanging party membership cards met the set progress requirements.

In Phu Quy Special Zone, the Party Committee Standing Committee issued Plan No. 01-KH/DU directing Party Committees and subordinate Party organizations to deploy it for all Party members to implement. In addition, the Party Committee's Organizing Committee also coordinated with Phu Quy Special Zone Police, based on the industry's instructions and Party member data information to develop a schedule for collecting Party member information, notify branches and Party Committees under the Party Committee of the Special Zone; assign cadres to guide Party members to declare information, print Party member cards, collect Party member information, take photos, etc.

According to the Secretary of the Phu Quy Special Zone Party Committee, changing the Party membership card is not only a responsibility but also raises awareness among cadres and Party members about the role, meaning and importance of the Party membership card; contributing to modernizing the Party member management work, building a regular and modern Party organization, meeting the requirements of the digital transformation period in the new situation.
