On May 14, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union organized the first Golden Bell contest for industrial park workers in 2023.
The competition was attended by 6 teams with 48 contestants who are union members and union officials working at enterprises. The teams had to answer 30 multiple-choice questions in a knockout format, revolving around knowledge of policies and laws related to employees; company rules, regulations, and statutes; union activities; and local history. With the spirit of solidarity, learning, and exchange, the teams made a good impression by answering questions quickly, accurately, and with creative presentations.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes to the participating teams.
Through the contest, we aim to contribute to improving cultural and spiritual life; creating an exciting atmosphere among union members and workers in industrial parks on the occasion of Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene in 2023, welcoming the success of the 4th Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028.
At the same time, encourage and promote self-study, improve knowledge of law, local history and awareness and understanding of the Trade Union organization among workers in industrial zones. This is also a playground for workers in industrial zones to meet, exchange, and strengthen solidarity between grassroots trade unions.
