Previously, the life of the H'Mong ethnic people in the hamlet was difficult, Mr. Sung A To mobilized people to boldly invest in economic development according to the policies and support of the Party and State. Many households planted forests, planted tea, and grew clean vegetables, which increased production efficiency, improved living standards, and reduced the rate of poor households. The changes in the hamlet had an important contribution from Mr. Sung A To. His actions and words were always trusted and followed by the people.

Similarly, Mr. Bui Van Thinh in Tien hamlet, Thung Nai commune, Cao Phong district, has been the hamlet chief and party cell secretary for many years, and has promoted his role as a prestigious person, becoming a core member in the ethnic minority area in Tien hamlet. This is the farthest area of ​​Cao Phong district, belonging to the Thung Nai lake commune (Hoa Binh hydroelectric reservoir), with nearly 90% of the population being Muong ethnic people. Thanks to Mr. Bui Van Thinh's participation in local work, this place has changed a lot. From a migrant hamlet along the Da River with difficult socio-economic conditions, Tien hamlet now has a more spacious appearance, a synchronous infrastructure system, and people's lives have changed significantly.

Over the years, Mr. Thinh has become a "bridge" between the Party Committee, the government and the local people, contributing to effectively implementing the Party's policies and guidelines. Currently, Tien hamlet has many improvements, contributing to the new rural construction of Thung Nai commune. In the period of 2019-2024, Thung Nai commune has achieved many outstanding achievements in socio-economic development, contributing to strengthening the great solidarity bloc of ethnic minority areas.

According to statistics, the whole province has about 1,280 prestigious people living in the ethnic communities: Muong, Thai, Tay, Dao, H'Mong... Of which, men account for about 90%; Muong ethnic group about 1,020 people... In recent years, prestigious people have contributed to bringing policies and laws into life. At the same time, mobilizing people to fulfill their civic responsibilities well. In addition, they have promoted their responsibility and prestige, worthy of being the "nucleus" of solidarity in residential communities, leading by example and actively encouraging people to carry out movements and activities at the grassroots level well.

Many prestigious people have promoted and mobilized people to donate land to build social welfare works. Typically, Mr. Ban Sinh Luong, Residential Group No. 9, Thong Nhat Ward, Hoa Binh City, mobilized households to donate 1,117 m2 to build a cultural house and donate 664.2 m2 to widen the road; Mr. Bui Duc Thuong (Mo Doi area, Bo town, Kim Boi district) mobilized eight households to donate residential land, 40 households to donate agricultural land to widen rural roads; Mr. Trieu Van Tam, Bo Liem hamlet, Dong Tan commune, Mai Chau district, promoted and mobilized 62 households to donate 6,175 m2 of land to build roads and ditches; mobilized families to contribute cash and working days to build welfare works; Mr. Nguyen Van Huu, Residential Group No. 9, Ky Son Ward (Hoa Binh City) mobilized 10 households to donate 2,450 m² of land to build internal roads, cultural houses, build a model of house renovation, build a road with blooming trees...

Many prestigious people accompany the people every day, propagandize and mobilize them to actively participate in labor production, socio-economic development, preserve and promote national cultural identity... contributing to strengthening the great solidarity of ethnic groups in the province, maintaining political security and social order and safety.
