According to regulations, the working year of the THADS sector begins in October of the previous year and ends in September of the following year. Right from the beginning of the year, the provincial THADS Department has implemented many synchronous, comprehensive and drastic solutions to carry out assigned targets and tasks; actively contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals, ensuring political security and social order and safety in the locality.

As a result, in the first 6 months of 2024, the Provincial Department of Execution of Judgments completed 3,603 cases out of a total of 7,177 cases eligible for execution, an increase of 697 cases compared to the same period in 2023. Regarding money, more than 134.5 billion VND was executed out of a total amount of nearly 4,900 billion VND (reaching 2.76%), a decrease of nearly 3.9 billion VND compared to the same period in 2023. Regarding execution of judgments on state budget revenues, 2,958 cases were resolved, corresponding to an amount of more than 15.3 billion VND.

THADS agencies have decided to apply compulsory enforcement measures to 92 cases, an increase of 54 cases compared to the same period in 2023, including 41 enforcements with the mobilization of inter-sectoral forces; 77 cases were successfully enforced, while 15 cases have not yet been enforced.

The work of receiving people, handling complaints and denunciations; monitoring the execution of administrative judgments and other aspects of work are carried out by the provincial THADS agencies in accordance with the provisions of law.
