Thac Mo Hydropower Joint Stock Company improves bidding skills in 2025

The course aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge of bidding work, helping to improve capacity, meet job requirements and comply with legal regulations.

During the 3-day training, the program was implemented with 10 key topics of bidding work, from general knowledge, current legal regulations, planning and contractor selection process, to forms of procurement, online bidding, contract preparation and management skills, handling arising situations, resolving complaints and supervision work.

The highlight of the program is that all teaching materials are compiled and updated according to the 2023 Bidding Law and the latest decrees and circulars, helping students grasp the legal basis for immediate application in practice. The topics are arranged logically and are easy to understand, creating a comprehensive picture of bidding in the new legal environment.

The training method combining theory and practical situations has helped students deeply understand the nature of the problem, practice the ability to analyze and handle common situations. Many specific examples from the bidding activities of the energy industry have been given, helping students draw practical experience, avoid mistakes and improve efficiency.

At the end of the course, 33 students of Thac Mo Hydropower Joint Stock Company were fully equipped with 10 basic and specialized knowledge topics, mastering the processes, methods and skills to handle situations. The course has contributed to helping officers and employees of Thac Mo Hydropower Joint Stock Company improve their capacity, meet work requirements and comply with legal regulations, improve the quality of bidding work, contributing to ensuring the company's production and business activities are transparent, effective and sustainable.
