In the third quarter of 2024, the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police proactively and promptly advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen leadership and direction in implementing many major and key policies, effectively resolving emerging issues related to security and order (SOC). The fight against crime achieved positive results, with criminal offenses decreasing by 11 cases compared to the second quarter of 2024.

In the last months of 2024 and the coming time, the Provincial Police will continue to advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation, especially policies and measures to ensure security and order, prevent and combat crimes; deploy all aspects of the Public Security work to serve the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. The Public Security of units and localities closely follow the proposed work program to focus on serious, drastic and effective implementation, associated with the 90-day and night peak period of attacking and suppressing crimes, ensuring security and order; compete to complete the tasks and targets of the Public Security work in 2024 and launch a peak period of attacking and suppressing crimes, ensuring security and order for the Lunar New Year 2025. Strengthen the work of Party building, force building, tighten discipline and order; pay attention to the work of managing and educating cadres; timely encourage, commend and reward officers and soldiers with outstanding achievements in work and combat.
