Sa Pa town police arrested a subject transporting 2 heroin cakes.

On May 15, Sa Pa town police arrested Ma Seo Sinh for illegal drug trafficking, the seized evidence was 2 heroin cakes.

Accordingly, at about 5:20 p.m. on May 15, the working group of the General Investigation Team (Sa Pa Town Police) coordinated with the O Quy Ho Ward Police and the Cau May Ward Police on duty on Provincial Road 152, in Group 1, Cau May Ward, and discovered a subject driving a motorbike with license plate number 24M1-103.11 with many suspicious signs.

The task force signaled the vehicle to stop for an administrative inspection. During the inspection, the authorities discovered and seized two cakes of heroin and many other related evidences.

At the police investigation agency, the subject confessed to being Ma Seo Sinh, born in 1994, residing in Sao Co Sin village, Nam Lu commune (Muong Khuong). Sinh bought the above drugs from a person (unknown identity) in Dien Bien province for 200 million VND with the intention of reselling them to a subject (unknown identity) in Sa Pa town for profit.

Currently, the Sa Pa Town Police Investigation Agency is continuing to investigate and expand the case.
