Recently, Hoang Hoa District Police broke up a joint case, eliminated 2 complicated drug-related spots, arrested 2 subjects illegally buying, selling and storing drugs, seized 8 packages of heroin and many other related exhibits.

The two arrested subjects are: Le Xuan Hung (aka Hung Cau), born in 1980 and Tran Viet Sam, born in 1978, both in Hoang Thanh commune, Hoang Hoa district.

To conceal their crimes, Hung and Sam only transacted with buyers via social networks, then left the drugs in a secret place, and arranged for the "customer" to come pick them up.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoang Hoa District Police has temporarily detained the above two subjects for further investigation and expansion.
